SYNOPSIS:
It's 1992. Samantha, a 13-year-old Haitian-Canadian teen, is coming of age in a gritty urban neighborhood where dreams feel distant and survival comes first.
But with her loyal group of friends, and their shared passion for soccer, she finds joy, courage, belonging, and faith. Together, they face the messy realities and pressures of adolescence, love, ambition, identity, and loss, discovering that sisterhood becomes both their shield and their compass through the trials of growing up.
